Brief description

Bulk learner import page for the Program Administrator — divided into three sections: (1) Template Download; (2) File Upload (drag-and-drop or browse); (3) Instructions. Every imported learner row is automatically assigned to the Program Administrator's own institution. After uploading, the system validates the file format (.xlsx) and each row (per SS-IDP.11), then navigates to the import preview page (SCR-IDP.20). If the file is not .xlsx or is corrupted, the system displays an inline error on the file upload section immediately (AF 2A) without navigating away from this page.

Additional requirements

The downloadable template must include columns as defined in SS-IDP.11: required firstname, lastname, student_id, faculty, major (faculty must match an existing Faculty name; major must match an Active Major name under the specified faculty, case-insensitive per SS-IDP.33); at least one contact field (email or mobile); optional date_of_birth, gender. When the uploaded file is not .xlsx or is corrupted, the system displays an inline error message on the file upload section immediately (AF 2A) without navigating away, and the Next button remains disabled. [refs: none]
