Brief description

Searchable, filterable table of all platform settings for the Super Admin. Each row shows the setting name, category, current value, and last-modified info. Any row can be individually switched into inline edit mode; saving a change refreshes the row and writes an audit trail entry automatically.

Additional requirements

Only one row may be in edit mode at a time. If the admin clicks "Edit" on a second row while another is already in edit mode, the system prompts to save or discard the current edit before opening the new one.
Setting values of category "Integration Credentials" must be masked in the table (show ••••••) in read mode; the plain value is revealed only when the row is in edit mode.
Each saved configuration change must be recorded in the audit trail with the actor, timestamp, and the previous and updated values.
