The Institute Instructors list page — the entry point of UC-IDP.13 (Manage Institute Instructors). An Admin lands here from the navigation menu ("Instructors", Institute-related group) and uses this page to revoke an existing Instructor's membership at this institute. There is no profile view here — Instructor profile data is managed separately via UC-IDP.14. Inviting a new Instructor is done via the separate "Provision Staff" page (UC-IDP.04) — not from here. Scoped strictly to the currently selected Working Institute (SS-IDP.31) — both Program Administrator and Super Administrator see the same set of Instructors here, since the page is always institute-scoped. Only Instructors with an active (non-revoked) membership at this institute are shown.

Each row shows full name, email, and account status, with a "Revoke" button. "Revoke" opens a confirmation dialog and, once confirmed, ends the Instructor's membership at this institute only (does not suspend their account or affect other institutes' memberships) — the row then disappears from this list. The list supports free-text search by name or email and filtering by account status.

1. Revoking a membership is scoped to this institute only — the Instructor's account, profile data, and any other institute's membership are unaffected. The revoked row disappears from this list but the account itself is not deleted or suspended.
