Inline row editor dialog for adding one or more registered Learners to the current institution. Admin clicks "+ Add" to append a blank row. Each row has: (1) an autocomplete field to search and select a registered Learner by name or email, (2) a Faculty dropdown (global vocabulary, required before Major can be chosen), (3) a Major dropdown (Active Majors under the selected faculty per SS-IDP.33; resets when Faculty changes), (4) a Student ID input, (5) a × remove button. Multiple rows can be added before confirming. Learners already affiliated with the institution appear as disabled options and cannot be selected. A Learner selected in one row is also disabled in all other rows to prevent duplicates. The Save button (labelled "Save (N)") is enabled only when all rows have a selected Learner, Faculty, Major, and a non-empty, institution-unique Student ID.

1. A Learner already affiliated with the current institution appears as a disabled (greyed-out) option in the autocomplete and cannot be selected.
2. A Learner selected in one row is shown as disabled in all other rows' autocomplete dropdowns to prevent duplicate entries in the same batch.
3. Each row's autocomplete shows the Learner's full name and email address as option text to help the Admin identify the correct person.
4. The Save button label dynamically reflects the number of completed rows — "Save (N)". Disabled when no rows exist or any row has an unselected Learner, Faculty, Major, or an empty Student ID.
5. All Student IDs entered must be unique within the target institution — no Student ID already assigned to an enrolled learner, and no two rows in the same batch may share the same Student ID. Conflicts are highlighted inline on the affected rows; Save button remains disabled until resolved.
6. The Major dropdown shows only Active Majors under the selected Faculty (SS-IDP.33), sorted A–Z. When Faculty changes, Major is cleared and re-populated. [refs: SS-IDP.33]

All information is read-only. The row for the current institution is visually distinguished with a "[Current]" badge.

2. The student ID, faculty, and major in "Enrollment at This Institution" are specific to the current institution context — only the InstituteLearner record for the institution whose enrolled learners list triggered this dialog. Displays the selected Learner's full name and the current institution name so the Admin can verify the action before proceeding. A warning message makes clear that only the Learner's affiliation with this institution will be removed — the Learner's platform account and any other institution affiliations remain fully intact.
