The Platform Summary Dashboard gives Super Administrator a real-time platform-wide overview on a single page. Four sections present KPI data: (1) User Summary — total registered users with per-role breakdown; (2) Platform Entities — counts of active institutions, faculties, and study programs (majors); (3) Student Status — 2×2 cross-table of learner type (TVET / External) × account status (Active / Inactive). An optional date range filter narrows date-sensitive figures. An Export button opens the shared Export Dialog (SCR-ANL.17) for CSV/Excel/PDF download. All data is read-only.

1. All KPI figures must refresh within 5 minutes of underlying data changes (user registration, institution/faculty/major configuration, student status update). [refs: SS-ANL.02]
2. Computation rules: Total Users = all registered accounts (excludes deleted/disabled) broken down by role; Institutions / Faculties / Majors = counts of active records (not date-filtered); Student Status = 2×2 cross-table (TVET/External × Active/Inactive). [refs: —]
3. Export supports 3 formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) via the shared Export Dialog. Execution path (immediate download vs. background generation with notification) is determined by the estimated row count of the output. [refs: SS-ANL.03]
4. Every export is audited, covering 5 event types (requested / generation complete / downloaded / generation failed / rejected). [refs: SS-ANL.06]

• AF-1A "Platform has no user or institution data yet" — all KPI values display as 0; empty-state prompt shown.
• AF-3A "Selected date range has no matching activity" — date-sensitive KPIs (User Summary, Student Status) display 0 for the selected period; Platform Entities (Institutions, Faculties, Majors) retain their actual current-state values.
• AF-3B "Super Administrator selects Export from the dashboard" — clicking Export opens the Export Dialog (SCR-ANL.17); auto-opened when this scenario is selected.
