2-tab course management page for the Central Course Approver (ACT-13): Tab 1 Overview shows metadata from CCM approved snapshot (read-only, SS-CCM.11) including Course Type and Assignment; "Preview Content" button opens the Lesson Player (SCR-PLY.01) in a new tab, in Preview mode, via SUC-PLY-01. Tab 2 Course Settings: configure Pricing Type and Tags — Tags are split into (1) Free Tags (TagGroup.is_paid=false): read-only chip list sourced from CCM Content Editor (SCR-CCM.02 / UC-CCM.01), locked; (2) Paid Tags (TagGroup.is_paid=true): editable multi-select by the Central Course Approver. Actions: Publish / Save Draft / Cancel; UnPublish (visible only when course status is published).

1. All data in Tab Overview must come from the CCM approved snapshot only — draft data must not be used [refs: SS-CCM.11]
2. Paid Tags (TagGroup.is_paid=true) must already exist in the system — new tags cannot be created from this page [refs: UC-LMS.03]
3. The Publish button is only enabled when pricing_type has a value [refs: —]
4. Only the Central Course Approver (ACT-13) may Publish / Save Draft / UnPublish — CourseVersion.published_by records the user_id of the Central Course Approver who clicks Publish [refs: —]
5. The UnPublish button is visible only when course.status == published — draft courses do not show this button [refs: —]
6. UnPublish requires a confirmation window before the action proceeds — the User must click Confirm to change the status; clicking Cancel in the confirmation window closes it with no effect [refs: —]
7. Publish button is hidden when course.status == published and form_has_changes == false — the system shows UnPublish button instead; when the Central Course Approver edits Pricing Type or Tags the Publish button reappears (form_has_changes becomes true) [refs: —]
