Sub-flow context

SUC-CCM-13 · Invoked by (Backoffice Portal): UC-CCM.01 — Author Course Content.
Precondition: user has edit rights on the course (owner or co-author); the course is in an editable state (new draft or draft returned for revision).
Trigger: user clicks the Supplementary row in the Course Outline, or "Add Supplementary" in a content item's Supplementary sub-section (anchor pre-selected in that case).
Success: the resource is attached at the chosen anchor (specific content item or course-wide); if newly uploaded, it is registered in the course asset library; saved as part of the course version on publish submission.
Cancel (AF 5A): no attachment is created; any newly uploaded resource is not rolled back and remains in the library.
