Shared task inbox for Program Admins, Central Course Approvers (ACT-13), and Instructors — opened from the "Tasks" menu in the navigation bar. Program Admin sees courses awaiting PA review within their institution scope (status = Pending Review). Central Course Approver sees courses pending central review across all institutions (status = Pending Central Review). Instructor sees submissions for courses they are a co-author of, across all statuses. All roles see the same table structure, including the Instructor column. Selecting a row opens the Course Review Page (SCR-CCM.10).

1. Program Admin sees only courses within their own institution [refs: SS-CCM.13]
2. Instructor sees submissions for courses they are a co-author of — not limited to their own submissions, not all submissions system-wide [refs: SS-CCM.31]
3. Default sort: most recent submitted date, descending
4. Instructor column and filter visible to all roles — an instructor may see submissions from other co-authors of the same course
5. Central Course Approver (ACT-13) sees only courses with status = Pending Central Review, across all institutions [refs: SS-CCM.33]
