Read-only viewer of a submitted course version. Content comes from the snapshot linked to the selected publish request, not the instructor's current draft. A "Preview Course ↗" button in the header opens the Lesson Player (SCR-PLY.01) in a new browser tab, in Preview mode, via SUC-PLY-01 — reviewers see the exact learner experience there, with no progress tracking or quiz submission. The "Course Content" tab on this page itself shows a read-only outline of the course structure, with a detail panel for the selected item and the course's supplementary resources, for quick reference — not the live player. Used by Program Admins and Central Course Approvers (ACT-13) to review and act, and by Instructors to view rejection reasons.
