No Learner login account is created and no email is sent at this stage. Each saved roster record becomes available for matching when the corresponding student later self-registers or adds this institution's affiliation.

Import result page displaying a summary of the completed bulk learner import operation, showing the number of institution roster records saved successfully. No Learner login account is created and no email is sent by this operation — the saved records are used to verify and match Learners later, at self-registration or institution affiliation time (UC-IDP.09). The Program Administrator can choose to start another import batch or navigate to the learner list to review the newly imported roster entries.

- This page is accessible only after the import operation has completed (UC-IDP.06 step 5) — the system prevents direct URL access and redirects back to SCR-IDP.19 if no import session context is present
- imported_count = the number of roster records successfully saved in this import batch. This equals total_rows confirmed in SCR-IDP.20, because the all-or-nothing validation policy (SS-IDP.11) ensures that only a fully validated file reaches the import step — every row in the confirmed file results in exactly one saved roster record.
