Brief description

Sub-use case of UC-LMS.04 Manage Cohort — lets the Instructor add or remove co-instructors for a cohort. Adding uses a search-and-select pop-up (SCR-LMS.42); removing uses a confirmation dialog (SCR-LMS.43). Selectable instructors must already be in the course's instructor list, excluding the currently logged-in user. Changes are not permanently saved until the Instructor clicks "Save" on the cohort edit page (UC-LMS.04 step 8).

Additional requirements

The picker list must show only instructors already in this course's instructor list, excluding the currently logged-in user and any instructor already added to this cohort.
If the search result is empty — show "No instructors available to add" in place of the list, and disable the Confirm button.
SCR-LMS.43 uses a fixed overlay — it cannot be dismissed by pressing Escape or clicking outside the window.
Changes in this sub-flow are not yet permanently saved — they are saved when the Instructor clicks "Save" on the cohort edit page (UC-LMS.04 step 8).
