Displays a learner's profile in read-only mode for the Super Administrator — covering account and personal details: first name, last name, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and current account status (Active / Suspended / Revoked). An Institution Affiliation section lists all institutions the learner is affiliated with — each row shows the institution name, student ID, faculty, major, and affiliation status. Clicking the Edit button navigates to SCR-IDP.35 where both profile data and account status can be changed.

1. Account status must be displayed as a prominent status badge near the learner's name — administrators must be able to see the status at a glance without scrolling. [NFR-04]
2. All fields on this screen are read-only — the administrator must click "Edit" to navigate to SCR-IDP.35 where both profile data and account status can be changed.
3. This screen is accessible by Super Administrator only. The Edit button is always visible for all account statuses (Active, Suspended, Revoked). [SS-IDP.31]
4. Fields institution_name, student_id_affiliation, faculty, major, affiliation_status are repeating rows — one row per LearnerInstitution record. If the learner has no institution affiliations, the Institution Affiliation section displays an empty-state message ("No institution affiliation").
