Brief description

Tab-based cohort overview page for instructors. Consolidates 7 functions in one page — cohort statistics and learning progress (Overview tab), learner roster management (Students tab), assignment management (Assignments tab), supplementary asset management (Supplementary tab), asset library management (Manage Asset tab), grade review/adjustment (Grade tab), and forum access (Forum tab).

The Forum tab is always visible, but content is shown only when Cohort.has_forum = true.
fully_submitted_count counts learners who have submitted all assignments with status = active.
View Submissions navigation: The button appends ?returnUrl=… to the submissions URL so that SCR-LMS.39's back button returns the instructor to the correct Cohort Dashboard scenario (AF-2B = Assignments tab active).
Supplementary tab (AF-2D): UC-LMS.21 Manage Supplementary. Layout: left panel = Course Content tree (Module > Lesson > Item); right panel = asset list per item. "Add Supplementary" opens SCR-LMS.57 Picker mode — shows InstituteCourseResource pool + "Add New" button. SCR-LMS.57 now 3-mode: Picker / Add New / Edit.
Manage Asset tab (AF-2E): UC-LMS.22 Manage Asset (SCR-LMS.58). Asset pool scoped at InstituteCourse level (shared across all Cohorts of same Course). Filter bar + Upload area (collapsible) + Asset list table + Preview panel (side-by-side when row selected).
Grade tab (AF-2F): UC-LMS.23 Manage Grade (SCR-LMS.60 Cohort Grade Review + SCR-LMS.61 Edit Grade Dialog, embedded modal). Course grading mode (auto/manual) configured via UC-LMS.11; auto mode shows score % + computed letter grade with an under-review/published status (review window per SS-LMS.12); clicking a row opens the Edit Grade Dialog to set a new letter grade with a mandatory reason — saving publishes immediately and revokes/reissues the certificate if one already exists.
